Art Gallery or Toy Store?

After having my gourds supposedly for sale @ Imagine on Main Street, Ventura.... only one piece found a new home.

The Treatment of these Sacred Spirit Vessels IS DISGRACEFUL!

Although there was a time when the Gourds were in the window display, they were overshadowed by the toys that were displayed along side them.....

Either Imagine on Main Street is a venue for artists (as described on their web page) or it is a Toy Store.

When I went in last Friday, I found my work in the very back room, in a glass case. They did not have the stories I wrote for them, my card w/ title, nor prices anywhere in evidence. They were shoved in the very back to one side..... as if in storage.

The owner, did her best to convince me that she did her best selling my work, but that is not the case.

I also noticed, that all other works of art had been removed from the store.

In short.... as of Immediately, my work is no longer available for purchase from Imagine on Main Street, Ventura. Although, I will not be picking up my pieces until February, I request that if you would like one of the pieces, that you respect me & my work by contacting me directly, as I have no wish to share the fruits of my ♥ and labor with that toy store.

Our dreams reflect our beliefs.... I dream the Earth to be healthy & whole again... to be a part of the undoing of her destruction. I believe that by examining our conscience and doing what is right we will see the Healing of our Planet, not through her own self-destruction, but by & through the reversal of our gross, negligent consumerism!
